Warranty Coverage

  • Ahannie guarantees that all shoes are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.
  • The warranty remains valid throughout the product's life, provided you are the original owner of the shoes.
  • We will work diligently to determine the best resolution for any concerns you may have.

Return Policy


If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ahannie.com, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the return meets the following Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within the 30-day return window.
  2. Items must be UNWORN and returned in their original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email our team at support@ahannie.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST) with your order number to initiate a return request.
  2. Follow Instructions: You will receive a response within 24 hours with further return instructions. Please follow the return instructions to complete the return.
  3. Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. An email confirming the refund will be sent to the registered email address.
  4. Customer Support Availability: Please note that our support team is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Log in to your Ahannie account.
  2. Go to your order and select "Request Return."
  3. If your order contains multiple items, choose the ones you wish to return.
  4. Select the reason for your return and add any additional comments if needed.
  5. Click "Request Return" to submit.
  6. If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are handled individually.
  • Ahannie can only issue refunds for products purchased directly from ahannie.com.
  • If you bought through an authorized seller, please reach out to them directly for return assistance.
