- Ahannie guarantees that all shoes are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.
- The warranty remains valid throughout the product's life, provided you are the original owner of the shoes.
- We will work diligently to determine the best resolution for any concerns you may have.
Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ahannie.com, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the return meets the following Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within the 30-day return window.
- Items must be UNWORN and returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Support: Email our team at support@ahannie.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST) with your order number to initiate a return request.
- Follow Instructions: You will receive a response within 24 hours with further return instructions. Please follow the return instructions to complete the return.
- Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. An email confirming the refund will be sent to the registered email address.
- Customer Support Availability: Please note that our support team is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.
How to Request a Return:
- Log in to your Ahannie account.
- Go to your order and select "Request Return."
- If your order contains multiple items, choose the ones you wish to return.
- Select the reason for your return and add any additional comments if needed.
- Click "Request Return" to submit.
- If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are handled individually.
- Ahannie can only issue refunds for products purchased directly from ahannie.com.
- If you bought through an authorized seller, please reach out to them directly for return assistance.
